2008

In December 2008 "NEVSKY PROSTOR" won an annual realtor's contest "Kaissa 2008" in the "The best realtor company of Saint-Petersburg and LR" category. See the winners' award here.

In September, 2008 Nevsky Prostor agency passed repeated Certification and became the first company which has passed the Certification for the third time. Co-operation with certified companies is your security blanket.

Nevsky Prostor became a member of the Chamber of Commerce in July of 2008.

In March 2008 "Delovoy Peterburg" edition awarded Nevsky Prostor a Diploma for the victory in the "Who will build a house for you" project in the category "The 10 best realtors".

In January 2008 Foreign Properties Department was opened in the agency which deals with selling real estate in Finland and Bulgaria.

2007

NEVSKY PROSTOR is the winner of WebRealtor contest! You can see diploma and awards in the section Awards At the Real estate exhibition in Petersburg SKK the winners of Saint-Petersburg WebRealtor contest will be announced. The jury representatives not only will give prises and awards to the winners but will also analyse the advantages and disadvantages of their web sites, will mark successful projects and designs.

2006

Award for the propaganda of civilized methods of work in the real estate market. On December 8 at the Caissa 2006 contest Director of Nevsky Prostor Agency A.M. Ginovker was awarded “The honorary member of the Real Estate Association of Saint-Petersburg and Leningrad region” medal and diploma. Nevsky Prostor was considered by the Saint-Petersburg Vedomosti the most direct company of the year and was given First Grade Diploma “Media recognition” for its active long-term work on propaganda of civilized methods of work in the real estate market.

On 15 May 2006 at the III National contest for the best corporate web site in the real estate sphere Russian Realty Web Award 2006 Nevsky Prostor reached the final of the contest and won the 4th place.

In September of 2006 Nevsky Prostor celebrated a jubilee – 10 years in the real estate market.

2005

"Nevsky Prostor" Agency - the first among the agencies of St. Petersburg endured recurring inspection certification (brokerage service certificate)

Moscow, June 4 - June 7, 2005.
At the Congress the winners of the national contest "Professional recognition 2005", which was organized by the Russian guild of realtors, were announced. "Nevsky Prostor" became the nominee of the contest "Professional recognition 2005" in the category "The best brokerage firm in the market for selling property in Saint-Petersburg and Moscow 2005".

2004

Nevsky Prostor real estate agency is the best real estate company in Saint-Petersburg in 2004.
On December, 17, 2004 "Nevsky Prostor" Agency was declared the best company in the residential real estate market in 2004. The results of "Caissa-2004", the 10th jubilee annual contest of realtor workmanship, were summed up on 17th December in the Congress-Hall "Olympia".
It was there that the participants of contest and the guests of festival came to know the names of the winners and solemnly congratulated them. "Nevsky Prostor" Agency is the winner in the "Best company in the residential real estate market" category.

09.06.2004.

2003

At the IX CEREAN (Central European Real Estate Association Network) conference in Krakow, which took place on October 17-19, 2003, Real Estate Agency Nevsky Prostor won the BEST CEREAN AGENCY OF 2003 award.

2002

"NEVSKY PROSTOR" agency was granted Certificate No РОСС RU РГР ОС 78.0007© РОСС RU РГР ОС 78.0007 of the System of free-will certification of services in the real estate market of the Russian Federation.

1998

Rent Department and Commercial Property Department were established.
To increase the number of clients and partners "NEVSKY PROSTOR" started co-operation with the paper The St.Petersburg Times.
"NEVSKY PROSTOR" became an official member of the St. Petersburg Real Estate Association.

1997

"NEVSKY PROSTOR" was among the first agencies to have obtained the license for effecting real estate transactions.
Co-operation with the Legal Advice Office 55 of the Municipal Bar began.

1996

Real estate agency OOO "NEVSKY PROSTOR" became an independent legal entity, with its office sharing the same building with the Municipal Bureau for the Registration of Real Estate Rights (GBR).
Since that year "NEVSKY PROSTOR" has been in the range of the top ten real estate companies according to monthly rating of "The St. Petersburg Vedomosti".
