Real estate contest “Caissa 2007” October 31, 2007A semiannual portback election meeting of the Real Estate Asssociation of Saint-Petersburg and the Leningrad region took place. At the meeting were elected President and President-Elect of the REA. Vyacheslav Semenenko, vice president of “Peterburgskaya Nedvizhimost” corporation, became President and Ekaterina Romanenko, deputy director of OOO “Ekoton”, President-Elect. In 2006 both Mr Semenenko and Mrs Romanenko were first given credit by REA members. This year the team has been re-elected for the second term.October 30, 2007Rent Department Employees Elena Botvinnik And Dmitry Kovshikov took part in a round table “Affordable rent: truth or fiction? Since 2003 REAL ESTATE AGENCY “LANDLORD” has used to become a nominee and a prise winner in the national “Professional recognition” Contest. And now in 2007 in spite of a serious competition from real estate companies of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg “LANDLORD” was unanimously declared “The best brokerage company in the real estate market”. It proves that the company is constantly improving the quality of its services. On 22 October we conducted a joint transaction on selling the first apartment and the down payment for the second apartment was made.October 22, 2007We signed contract for co-operation with "Remax", the leading real estate agency engaged in selling properties in Finland. "Remax" is one of the largest internaional real estate companies. Its main office is in the city of Orlando, USA. "Remax" has offices in more than 50 countries all over the world. Nevsky Prostor was awarded First Degree Diploma “Mass media recognition” for its openness in transactions and for a long-term active popularization of civilized methods of realtor’s work. The contest for the the best company in the real estate sphere. A number of presentaions of leading real estate companies took place. The announcement of winners and presentation of prizes will take place in the banquet room of the Moscow Hotel on December 8.October 5, 2006On October 5 in Saint-Petersburg a regular exhibition on mortgage took place. A series of “Mortgage. Available and comfortable” seminars was arranged by a group of companies named “Real Estate Bulletine”. On October 5 more than 800 people visited Rodina cine-center where 25 companies – banks, real estate, legal and insurance firms - placed their informational stands. At the same time a consulting center on real estate issues was opened on the second floor. Lubov Sidoryuk, a “Nevsky Prostor” mortgage broker: It is the first time our agency has taken part in such exhibition. I think it is an up-to-date event. People ask detailed questions – first they wish to consult a qualified specialist to apply to them for a service later on. Mainly they are young adults. Citizens wish to know what they are being offered and how much they will be charged for that. Mortgage is a long term placement of funds which demands reasonable approach. In my opinion, the result will be positive and sooner or later buying property by means of mortgage will become customary business practices as it is all over the world.September 2006Our company is 10 years of age! We congratulate the staff of Nevsky Prostor on the jubilee. The celebration took part on 29th September in the Origami Japanese restaurant. The employees who have been working in the company since its foundation – and they make more than a half - were specially noted.
