On 26 October at the REA of SPB and LO a meeting of Committee for customer’s rights and professional ethics took place. At the meeting a number of conflict cases in the rent and secondary market were tried.

On 26 October at the REA of SPB and LO a meeting of Committee for customer’s rights and professional ethics took place. At the meeting a number of conflict cases in the rent and secondary market were tried. From a number of cases tried one was decided in a customer’s favor, another one in an agency’s favor and two others were postponed for further consideration by the Committee. The results of the cases tried were summarized and some recommendations for the REA of SPB and LO members were worked out. Alexander Ginovker, the chairman of the Committee, mentioned that the aim of the Committee work not only is in settling moot points but in improving professional standards of REA work and business intercourse as well.
