It is known that those who live in communal flats face the greatest housing problems as their living conditions do not agree with the standards of living space area and quality a person needs. As usual in spring the real estate market comes to life that is particularly visible in its cheapest segment. At the round table which took place in the Real Estate Association of SPb and the LR a number of issues were discussed concerning municipal housing programs aimed at increasing the standards of life of citizens'.
