Execution of contracts in writing (without notarization).

1. Contract in writing is executed without a notary's participation and is registered with FRSA as well as a notarized one.
2. Contracts in writing save money to be paid for their formalization. It is material on conducting real estate deals at market prices which is the securest form for such deals. 
3. The set of documents for making up contracts in writing is smaller than that for a notarized form: an extract of United State Register of Rights, №9 certificate, evaluation certificate are not needed.
4. During execution of a contract in writing the presence of both Parties  is not needed. The presence of both Parties is only needed on submitting the contract for registration which otherwise can be done by proxy through Nevsky Prostor agency.
5. It is possible to make up a contract for properties located in any region of the Russian Federation.
6. The Law firm Garant, which executes contracts in writing, is located in the same building with the Federal Registration Service Administration of SPb and the LR (UFRS) and Property Registration center of OOO "Real estate "NEVSKY PROSTOR" that facilitates conducting deals on real estate.
