In April developers completed construction of 54 houses in St Petersburg which is 155 square meters of housing. The total number of new apartments is 3015.
This number is almost twice as large as the same figures of the previous year when St Petersburg developers released 76.5 thousand square meters of housing. In total over 1.2 million square meters were released in the city as of May 1, 2017.
Besides residential housing, construction of 57 public buildings was completed in April. A recreation centre in Sestroretsk and reconstructed building of a science centre are among those buildings.
