The average price of new houses jumped in January excecing the level of RUB 97 000 per square meter. The highest increase was observed in houing located within the city, 2.8 – 3.8%.
This situation is repeaing the last year trend when the prices increase by 3% at the beginning of year. The top price rating includes Tsentralniy and Petrogradskiy Districts. Among the “sleeper” neighbourhoods the leaders are Krasnogvardeyskiy and Moskovskiy Districts where the price for a square meter has exceeded RUB 100 000. The highest prices in the suburbs were observed in Moskovskiy and Krasnoselskiy Districts.
The cheapest housing options are found in Vyborgskiy and Krasnogvardeyskiy Districts.
