E3 Investment company has announced the list of 20 best new housing objects to invest in. The options in the list were chosen according to their price, facilities, potential price growth, demand, and possible risks.
The experts checked six areas: Primorskiy District, the right bank of the Neva River, the Obvodny Channel, the south of Moskovskiy District, the south (nearest suburbs), Kudrovo. Apart from facilities, the experts took into account the number and quality of options available in these areas, traffic congestion, long-term environmental potential.
According to E3 Investment, the most difficult and complicated criterion is investment risks. The company studied developers’ reputation including how many objects they successfully finished, if they have any suspiciously attractive special offers and even the source of funds they use to construct their objects.
