Transactions with underage children are considered to be one of the most difficult in the real estate market. Therefore real estate agents should perfectly know all the pitfalls that such transactions may involve.
Last week Nevsky Prostor took part in the Transactions with underage children workshop. The head of the real estate agency Alexander Ginovker noted that the company always pays special attention to safety of real estate transactions and transactions which involve underage children require deep legal knowledge.’ Therefore the agency constantly takes part in various workshops where they can share their knowledge and experience,’ added Mr Ginovker.
