The people who work as realtors at the «Nevsky Prostor»

Today we decided to start a new section and tell you about the people who work as realtors at the «Nevsky Prostor» real estate agency and what they do outside the office - who are they after hours? What do they like to do? We would be interested in to see them from the other side, to understand that they are the same people, with their own worries and worries.

Surely, every realtor is a unique person. Some prefer an active lifestyle, play sports, travel, while others are interested in creativity, music or painting. There are those who prefer a relaxing holiday reading books or blogging. In addition, some realtors devote their free time to public affairs, volunteering or charity.

We are sure that our new section will be interesting and informative for everyone who is interested in the world of real estate and those who work in it.

An amazing person works in our real estate agency – Lidia Soboleva. For more than 7 years, she has been helping people find their ideal home, as well as professionally engaged in interior design. However, in addition to her main activity, Lida is actively involved in volunteer work rescuing stray animals and helping them find a new home.

In the photo, you can see the fearless Lida hugging the dogs from the dog shelter, in her car. She also took home her oldest and sickest dog, who needs serious treatment.

Sometimes it happens that the company where the dogs live changes its location. That is where Lida appears - our real hero! She not only agreed to help transport the dogs, but also did it with warmth and care.

The photos we received from Lydia show that her car is filled with joy and friendly warmth, and the dogs seem to feel safe and comfortable with her. But thanks to Lydia's care and her ability to establish contact with animals, the move went smoothly and without unnecessary nerves. It's great that there are people who are willing to go beyond their usual work and do good deeds!

Now the dogs are already in a new home, where they will be comfortable and cozy. And all thanks to our wonderful Lydia! We are proud to have such warm-hearted and responsive people working for us.

Volunteering is an integral part of Lydia's life. She not only helps gratuitously, but also does it with great dedication. In her free time, she takes care of stray animals, places them and provides comprehensive support. Her work in this area deserves special attention and respect.

Volunteers play an important role in society, helping those who are unlucky in life. Lida was no exception and found her vocation in helping animals. Her dedication and love for this cause deserve the highest praise.

We urge everyone who shares the values of volunteer work to support Lydia in her noble cause. We are ready to accept food, medicines and other necessary materials as a gift to support homeless animals. Together we can provide them with better living conditions.

Our company is also ready to provide financial support for transactions that will be concluded through our agency. By supporting Lydia, we support the noble cause of animal rescue and protection.

Lydia is a role model. Her dedication and dedication deserve respect and admiration. We invite everyone to join the noble cause of saving stray animals and support Lydia in her activity.

Remember that each of us can contribute to improving the lives of those who need help. Let us make the world a better place together!

And a few more words about volunteering:

For those who want to start helping shelters, but do not know where to start, we are ready to share our experience and advice. Helping shelters is a wonderful thing that requires not only a desire, but also a willingness to face certain difficulties.

The question often arises, where to start helping shelters? What is the most necessary for shelters: money, fed by personal volunteering? The answer to this question depends on your capabilities and desires. Shelters really need a lot: financial support, high-quality animal feed, as well as the personal participation of volunteers.

If you are unable to help financially the shelter, but have a desire to participate in its life, then you can become a volunteer. Volunteering at a shelter can take many forms: you can help with the care of animals, walk with dogs, clean aviaries, and spend time with animals. Shelters also often need specialists in various fields: veterinarians, groomers, photographers, copywriters to write texts about animals.

You must be prepared for the fact that the shelter is not a park with flowering plants. Volunteering at a shelter can put you through various emotional difficulties.

For example, go to the shelter on weekends to walk with the dogs and feed them. And the saddest moment will always be at the end. The beginning always turns out to be wonderful: dogs are joyfully greeted. You walk, you play, everything is wonderful. But when the time comes to leave, many dogs do not want to return to their enclosures. It is very hard to see and experience every time.

It is also worth considering that helping shelters requires not only emotional readiness, but also physical. Working with animals can be difficult and requires certain skills and knowledge. For example, if you decide to help clean enclosures or take care of animals, you will have to deal with various aspects of animal care: feeding, cleaning, medical care, etc.

Nevertheless, helping shelters is a wonderful thing that brings a lot of joy and gratitude. If you are ready for emotional and physical difficulties, then volunteering at a shelter can be a wonderful experience for you.

You can start helping shelters from a small place: make a donation, bring food or start volunteering. The main thing is your desire to help and willingness to face difficulties. Remember that your help is very important for the animals in the shelter, and you can bring them a lot of joy and support.

Before joining the shelter's volunteer team, let's discuss what this means and what you should be ready for.

Volunteering at an animal shelter is not only a wonderful opportunity to help homeless pets, but also a serious responsibility. Every volunteer needs to be aware of what they are doing and be prepared for some difficulties.

Firstly, a volunteer should be ready to spend 4-5 hours a day (at least once a week) on his feet, walking dogs. This means that you will actively spend time with your pets, keep an eye on them and take care of them. Some of the dogs have not yet learned to walk on a leash properly, so they need special care and attention.

Secondly, you will have to walk in any weather - both in snow and in slush. Working with animals in a shelter is always not in "white gloves" - you need not be afraid to get dirty, but this job is worth it. Perhaps there is nothing more joyful than seeing a happy dog after a walk.

It is also important to be prepared for inconveniences. Dogs are large and active, they can accidentally knock you down. But don't worry, the pets are very friendly and love volunteers.

In addition, do not forget about the time it will take to get to the shelter and back. We understand that this can be tedious, so we recommend choosing shelters that are located close to your place of residence. This will help to avoid rapid emotional burnout and preserve the joy of volunteer work.

Volunteering at the shelter is an opportunity not only to help animals, but also to make new friends, learn something new and make the world a little better. If you are ready for these challenges, welcome to the friendly team!
