Nevsky Prostor experts suggest that it is time to buy real estate.
According to the data of the Research and Analytics Center of the group of companies of Biuleten Nedvizhimosti, the property prices have declined slightly.
The average price decreased by 0.1% and became 120 thousand rubles per square meter (the secondary market) within the month.
The cheapest housing options are three-room apartments in the panel houses.
By the end of September 2015 the cost of square meter became 84.8 thousand rubles and 5.3 million rubles for an apartment. The cheapest apartments are located in Krasnoselsky and Nevsky districts of St Petersburg.
Depending on the type of the house and apartment, the property cost can be 82.2 thousand rubles per square meter.
As before, the most expensive options are one-room apartments in fully renovated old buildings. Their price reaches 128.1 thousand rubles per square meter. And an apartment will cost you on average 5.5 million rubles.
Options of the same area but in buildings without renovations are a bit cheaper - 4.6 million rubles.
Tsentralny, Petrogradsky, Vasileostrovsky, Admiralteysky and Moskovsky districts offer the most expensive housing comparing with other districts.
Property in these districts will cost you from 100.5 to 154.2 thousand rubles per square meter.
