The first quarter of 2017 showed a rather significant growth of property prices especially in the luxury and business-class sector. According to experts, the average price of a square meter increased by 2% and became 161 thousand rubles.
The growth of property prices is accompanied by high buying activity. The number of real estate sales in luxury and business sector increased by 17% comparing with the same period in 2016.
One of the trends in luxury property sector is active development of apartment market and increased attention to this sector from consumer audience. The share of apartments in the luxury and business-class property sector constantly reaches at least 10%.
