Kommersant, a Russian newspaper, published a list of St Petersburg districts with the most expensive housing. According to the rating, the most expensive options are located in new houses in Vasilyevskiy and Moskovsky districts.
The average price of a one-room apartment in Vasilyevskiy district is 6.31 mln RUB, two-room option will cost you about 8.48 mln. The most expensive three-room apartments are in Moskovsky district and their price is 10.9 mln.
The cheapest new house options are offered in Krasnogvardeysky district.
The experts also added that mass market new housing has increased in price this year. The most significant increase has been observed in the two-room apartments – 2.2%.
