The term of receiving the construction permit has been reduced from 212 to 90 days. This information was announced by the Vice Governor Iulia Ludinova at the Building Congress IBC which took place at the 23th International exhibition of building and finishing materials in St Petersburg.
Within three months applicants are to go through all procedures needed to obtain the certificate. According to the Vice Governor, the new rules have allowed to reduce this term. She also added that the procedure of obtaining permission became easier with the opportunity to apply online via St Petersburg Stroycomplex (Building Complex) Integrated information system.
