One of the developers in St Petersburg is constructing a house inspired by the Spanish architect Antonio Gaudi. This house is being built in Moskovsky District. According to the developer, the Barcelona project has no comparables among business-class properties. It has exotic creative design, non-standard layouts, modern engineering solutions and sophisticated landscape design.
The Barcelona house will have 23 floors and there will be three-five apartments with different layout on each floor. There will be housing options for families with different number of bedrooms and semicircular balconies. Buyers will be able to choose apartments with stained glass windows, a large sitting room, dressing room and etc.
