The Governor of St Petersburg asked to revise all industrial zones with total area of 13.5 ha. The auditing group includes representatives of administration, city districts, law enforcers and Rosreestr (the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography).
The Finance Committee is developing an instrument that will allow put money received from the fines for the violations in industrial zones into improvement of infrastructure and assistance to enterprises.
The pilot revision took place last year in Neva industrial zone. Violations were found in every third area.
