The experts of one of the St Petersburg real estate agencies announced the most popular districts with new housing.
The last place in the Top 5 according to consumer demand went to Krasnoselky District. Over 9.2% of buyers were interested in this district. Real estate experts added that this area is always popular as it offers a lot of budget options.
The fourth place took Kirovksy District, however there are not so many property offers and most of them are of high-comfort class.
Tsentralny District is in the middle of the Top 5. There are 25 residential complexes being constructed.
Prestigious Moscow District is on the second place. In this area about 30 residential complexes are being constructed. Prestigious location of these complexes affects the price of apartments as most of them are rather expensive.
The leader of the Top is Primorsky District. It offers over 30 residential complexes. Prices of studios start from RUB 1.7 million.
