The most significant fall in price was observed in October – apartments became cheaper by 1 percent which is 900 RUB.
Studios, one and two-bedroom apartments are the most popular offers in the secondary market and they are 60 % of the total number of real estate available for sale. While four-bedroom apartments are only 2 %.
However, this positive trend doesn’t work for the new housing market. The prices of new properties have increased by 0.3% which is 290 RUB.
