Experts explain such significant increase with the fact that there are almost zero risks when buying countryside land for construction. It is worth noting that the demand increase is observed not only in the economy and middle class market but in luxury sector as well. The price of the most popular lands varies from 5 to 8 million rubles.
Buyers are also interested in purchasing land plots with already provided facilities (electricity, gas, water). As for land plots with already constructed real estate, buyers prefer to choose houses with the area less than 500 square meters. The demand for townhouses is decreasing.
