Sovcombank gives an opportunity to get a mortgage to buy an apartment in the Golden City residential complex, located on the raised beach area of Vasilievsky Island.
The company offers an 11.9 % mortgage rate if the first deposit is 20% of the full price. The longest mortgage term is 30 years and the maximum mortgage size is RUB 30 million.
If a client can deposit 75% of the apartment price, the bank offers special conditions – an 8.8% mortgage rate.
The new residential complex with an area of 450 000 square meters is to be constructed near the new harbor station. The complex will consist of a few buildings.
