A positive dynamics was observed in the property sales in the secondary market last year comparing with 2016. The number of sales almost reached the level of 2014.
The most popular property options were located in Vsevolozhsky District of Leningrad Region. The percentage of transactions with real estate in this district was 35%.
As for the city of St Petersburg itself, the most popular districts in 2017 became Primorsky, Krasnoselsky and Moskovsky while in Nevsky, Kirovsky, Admiralteysky and Petrogradsky districts real estate buyers became less active.
The average price of a square meter didn’t change significantly and reached the level of 95 500 RUB.
