According to experts, St Petersburg new housing market will undergo serious changes in 2017. These changes include the increase in price. Experts think that the increase will be caused by the following factors:
- large developers such as LSR, Nedvizhimost – Severo-Zapad, Patriot-Neva, Arsenal-Nedvizhimost change their property prices;
- cancellation of discounts and special offers, lack of projects carried out together with banks;
- new amendments to the law on shared construction and other new legal nuances;
- reduction of interest rates and number of new housing offers will lead to the increased demand and as the result increase in price.
It is still unknown when exactly property prices will begin to increase and how strong the growth will be. However, experts expect prices will grow smoothly by 3-5% within the whole year.
