The experts say that over 20 years property has been considered to be the most reliable asset. They prove their conclusion with the results of their research. They studied data starting since 1992. Oil and gold increased in price 3 and 3.4 times respectively. However, the property growth rate is much higher.
Since 1992 the price of a property’s square meter in Paris has increased 2.5 times, in New York – 4 times, in London – 6 times, in Moscow – 7 times. And in Saint Petersburg the property price has increased 9 times and become 838%.
