Luxurious housing in Georg Landrin residential complex in St Petersburg has become more affordable to thanks to the mortgage program. Sberbank added this object to its mortgage program.
If the down payment exceeds 15% from the initial price of the property, the bank offers a mortgage option with 9.4% rate. It is also possible to use the maternity fund as the down payment.
The new residential complex is located in Vyborgskiy District of St Petersburg on Bolshoy Samsonievskiy prospect, 77-7.
